Cerro Colon Condominium

The project has been developed as a condominium to guarantee architectural harmony of future buildings, security and proper maintenance of its urban infrastructure and green areas.

The properties have a full panoramic view of the Central Valley and the mountains, there are properties from 1000m2 and above.

We have a reforestation program in an area of approximately 5000m2, where more than 500 trees have been already planted.

The Club House is located in the middle of the main stage, totally conditioned with wide social activities areas and 371 m2 of building site.

There are approximately 2 km of natural path inside the 23 hectares that consists Condominio Cerro Colón.

Condominio Cerro Colón is divided in three stages: the first stage is conformed by 45 properties, which all are already registered and ready for start building.

 

  • Perimeter wall, guaranteeing security.

The project is surrounded by a wall built with block that is 500m long and 2.5 mts up to 3 mts of height.

  • Concrete internal roads.

The internal roads of the condominium were built of concrete, 15 cm wide.  This will enable the roads to support heavy-vehicle transit, and also guarantee the road's quality and finishing for a long time.

  • Electricity:

Every property in the condominium has a subterranean electrical supply built according to the technical specifications content in the Engineering Studies issued by the Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz (CNFL).  The property was formally transferred to that institution, so the system is part of the public electrical system and its administration and operation will only be responsibility of the CNFL. Each lot will be connected to the general electric web by a measurement pedestal that is located in each property, and the proceeding of the connection of the service will be responsibility of each resident.

  • Telephone:

Each property has telephonic supply by given by a subterranean private telephonic distribution web, built according to the technical specifications issued by the Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE). Each lot has availability up to 5 telephonic pairs, which need to be solicited to the Condominium Administration.

  • Cable TV and Internet

Both services are provided by Cable Tica, ensuring speed and web connection stability.

  • Potable water system :

An outstanding characteristic of the project is its potable water system, because it has a perforated well and a tank of 16.475 gallons (or 62.275 litters),  guaranteeing enough supply for the residents .

Also, there is an alternative external supply by connecting to the public system of Acueductos y Alcantarillados.

Every trimester the water is subject to  strict controls of potability to ensure that the water consumed is 100% potable.

  • CLUB HOUSE

The Club House is located at the heart  of the project, and the building consists of 371m2  totally conditioned and  with ample social areas. It has ample green areas, and is located in front of a stream with bridges, waterfalls and varied vegetation.

The total area of the Club House's lot including the green areas is 6400m2, plus 600m2 of parking lot.

The Club House is a two story building with a colonial and modern architectonical style. The first floor has a lobby,  a BBQ area with terrace and restrooms conditioned for people handicapped persons.  It also has a large hall where different activities and special events can be held, and which includes living rooms and restrooms.

The pool is located in our Club House; it is 20 meters long by 6 meters wide, and additionally has a children's´ pool and a wet bar.
